Refund Policy

All sales are processed through insadental.com. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be requested.

2. Eligibility

A return or refund request may be accepted if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The request is submitted within [14 ] days of delivery.

The item is not a custom-ordered, made-to-order, or non-returnable product.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at mailto:jany@insadental.com within [14] days of receipt, ideally with photos or a short video showing the issue. Where the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened, including but not limited to [insert categories, e.g. consumables, sterilised instruments, burs and tips]. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

5. Return Process

Contact us to request a return authorisation.

Ship the item to: Shop 4, Ground Floor, Building B, No. 19 North Area, Donglian Laobian Industrial Zone, Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, China.

Include your order number in the package.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

For returns based on change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For international returns, please note that customs duties and taxes paid on import may not be refundable by us.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [14] business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
