7. Return and Refund Policy

7.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

7.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to the Buyer's change of mind, ordering error, refusal to pay customs duties, or other reasons not attributable to the Seller, the Buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.
